Your solution adds to a multitude of solutions, killing (ethical) and waste of more resources. Human lives already require the a energy consumption to raise (1st world) because they always need the best (the common mentality) even though in nature, we don't. If you kill already grown humans, you wasted all the Earth's resources into put into that person

So first by in nature are you referring to the philosophical state of nature or the legit nature with rabbits and such?
Second over population does exist correct humans can solve it with other ways such as only growing vegetables in there native areas. But this would only work if humans could overcome there greed before the effects of overpopulation begin to present themselves.
Further in answer to your comment about wasting resources, this would not waste resources because it would lower the population to and level out the population to a more sustainable number allowing a decrease in need for resources insofar that there will be less need for war.

Unless you've been living under a rock your entire life and have never had internet (the fact that your reading this makes this a moot point.) your aware that the world is full of problems. And every problem has a solution. So what i'm wondering are what are some of the problems that you've come up with a solution for. (they do not have to be realistic.)

I'll start; Thomas Malthus postulated that humans would eventually become so numerous that they would surpass the earths resources; this would create numerous problems and humans would begins dying on a mass scale. I propose that in an attempt avoid this entirely every government in the worlds create a sort of lottery which would be held in every city in that country, in which you would enter by withdrawing an infinite amount of money for free. The catch is that the more money you withdraw the more of your chances of 'winning' when you win this lottery you are given a sort of pill that would harmlessly put you to sleep forever and the family of the deceased would be compensated for the sacrifice by that government.

It might not sound pretty but it would solve the over population problem.

While I'm still going with thats an original idea, i'll give you a new one.

Solution create crude oil, we create giant bodies of open water and stock them with algae. When the bodies of water are abundant we harvest the algae and place it under a machine that greats a huge amount of pressure such as a plasma accelerator. Hopefully this would create crude oil.

thats a terrible solution. no i will not offer a solution its time to get ready to go home.

Just a quick response to some of your responses on my proposed amendments.
2. To prevent this, a standard could be used instead of a line, the more you make the more money is taxed, if you make $20,000, you're not going to be taxed at all, $50,000 let's say 10%, $100,000 %20. I'm not sure what the appropriate percentages would be, but something that would still increase your quality of life, but would also, fix the deficit.

3. The reason I purposed this is because presently the rich manipulate the uninformed and intellectually lazy among us. I propose that there are more poor smart people than rich smart people overall, and only allowing smart people to vote would lower their advantage.

5. Tax money is reallocated all the time, and I'm sure some of it would disappear, but it would overall increase the science budget, and lower the national defense budget. Maybe, make all the ways that the tax money is spent, completely public, so any foul play would be easily recognized, and publicized, via the people, instead of hidden by large News networks.

6. Most people who become president, are rich. I can't see how this would increase the gap between the rich and poor, to only allow intelligent, non-sociopath politicians into office. The current age restrictions on politicians, would keep a late bloomer from reaching office.

8. The point of this amendment is to break up the large news outlets to allow for a more diverse, and "rounded" view of the world. Large news outlets will no longer be able to divert the attention of the public from important matters. It will decreasing the rich's hold on the poor because the rich will no longer have a larger voice than the poor, and public opinion can no longer be bought and sold.

10. "All utilities, including cell phone service(not the phones) and 4g internet as well as fiber optic broadband will be provided free", cell phones and computers will not be provided free, only the network.

11. With free entertainment, as well as internet, the funding from advertisements would no longer be necessary. This doesn't take away your right to free speech, it just prevents you from forcing others to hear your message in exchange for something else, such as watching an episode of House M.D. You're still welcome to get your message out via the internet, and receive funding via tax dollars if people vote to spend their personalized tax dollars on you.

12. People will still have to work to buy the TV's, the electricity, food, other things they need to survive. I simply think that entertainment costs too much, as too many unnecessary parties are profiting from entertainers. The cable companies, the producers, the network stations. This serves as a way to get the money directly to the entertainers. This is only streaming entertainment though, movie theaters will still charge, concerts will still require a fee to enter.

Personally I have no problem with human genetic engineering, as long as it is properly governed and doesn't end up like in Gattaca. If we can guarantee our offspring to have higher potentials think at which rate our society will develop. This could also mean almost eliminating down syndrome, autism, etc.

The trick will be to govern it properly, to which I have some solutions, but not all of them. But I think the ends justifies the means.
