I love the Descriptions for ENTPs it just makes me smile.

Would that be bad if I didn't think of myself as emotionally stable?
Or maybe I am emotionally stable, just it makes me seem neurotic with my practice of one-upsmanship?

I can only relate to at least half of it, I'm not all that outgoing though, I'm a failed extroverted experiment. I think you'll find that ISTP is the preferred assassin type, ENTPs might be capable, and might enjoy it, but ISTP is best suited.

My biggest beef is with the favorable careers, while most of them appeal to ENTPs, many could be applied to a wide range of types. Professor? Bar owner? Pilot? Come on... :P

Sorry, but I never found these career lists very enlightening. They usually need to be more specific as to how that type's skills will be applied on the job.

Most of the personal qualities fit, but again, some are too general. On these lists I'm looking for those traits that <15-20% of the population has. "Comfortable in unfamiliar situations", "talented at presentation", "improviser", are all slightly more unique qualities of the ENTP. "Messy" and "outgoing" don't really say much and could probably be ascertained from a list of the more particular and peculiar qualities.

Also, I felt that a lot of the qualities were concentrated on the ENTP's EP and NP traits. There was little mention on the NT qualities like "problem solver" or "brainstormer", more of the Ne stuff :)

Nice list all the same :) Though maybe tone it down on the negative qualities that Jerkass seems to like so much ;)

I am not by any measure emotionally stable. Other than that ,I guess it fits. God damn I hate it when women call me "player". As if they didn't like it, as if it was a game I invented to please myself rather than to please them. Oh well, off topic rant.

I actually think an ENTP could make a decent pre school teacher. Not the best one out there, but perhaps the most popular, atleast among the adventurous children.

Personally I'm not that physically adventurous, although I do like to challenge myself and do stuff that is difficult/wonder if I could stand that.......hmm...more of a wilderness trekker without food or a map than a skydiver kind of physical adventurer.....

I don't agree with the assassin/CIA element. ENTPs seem to be too outspoken/blunt/open to deal with the secrecy and dissimulation that entails. Certainly I am.

I agree that the Ne element of the description is missing a bit. Humorist, practical joker as well as brain-stormer, problem solver.....

Pre-school children can be fun, but not for more than 5 minutes, trust me......

I don't agree with the dangerous part, risk taker because my rational mindfor example makes me think a lot before doing something risky.
Beside, Im a speech path working with kids and I love it (but i really love the diagnosis and research part which is quite Ne and Im a good diagnostician
