If you are going to cheat, and take your paperwork that needs to be ratified by committees x, y and z after it has been agreed by the executive board, to committee x before it has been agreed by the executive board, try to remember not to say to the CEO in front of everybody at committee x that the Exec board is only a rubber stamp exercise anyway, it doesn't really matter.
