Oh, right, piercings. Well, I've got 27... 28? in total. 32 if you count the ones that i had to get redone because they closed up. It was the most annoying thing, I stopped wearing the studs for only a week and they shut right back up.



No... I'm just kidding... I'm not that dangerous, I don't even have pierced ears. I don't have a single hole in me that I wasn't born with.

I'm a piercing junkie. I have no clue is this will ever stop. I suggest you try it sometime. Maybe you'll like it, and if you don't, just let it grow back. If you're worried about pain, the only one that I have gotten that actually hurt was my nose ring, but I know everyone is different.

Oh pain isn't really an issue, it's mostly the things that will be in my skin...

Oh! And I like funny t-shirts. Things like, "vegetable mafia" (...you kind of have to see it...)

i've been told i dress like an old man. i would say i have a classic style. think JFK jr. in his early 20's. i am not very trendy but everything fits right so it looks good. i stick to earth tones and try not to wear black too much. i think it's an uninviting color. my wardrobe is very versatile so sometimes i'll wear a pair of pants 3 or 4 days in a row and no one would notice. i also have a watch, cologne and shoe fetish. i have 4, 10 and about 8 pairs respectively so it's not out of control. it is true that everyone wants to be different unless they really are different. i dress like no one i know.

p.s. i also love nerd shirts! i wear them to the gym and in the summer. i have one that has a caffeine molecule on it, one that says "i am uncertain about quantum mechanics" i have a heavy metal shirt that has real heavy metals on it (so in stead of metallica it says Manganese or bismoth in stead of megadeath)

I typically don't wear hats. I loathe baseball caps and feel I look horrible in them. I really enjoy fedoras except they have a megadork association (like dusters) that prevents me from donning them. I do wear winter hats, but only while outside in the winter time.

I typically can be found in rather humorous shirts. If they can start up a conversation, I'm probably in it. My most remarked one has Darth Vader trimming a bush to look like the Death Star. Another one people like has a girl listening to music, but she's the room she is listening to music in.
Unfortunately I have to "dress up" for work. So I tend to wear white button shirts, and I prefer vertical stripes.

I detest ties, further adding to my fedora conundrum. As fedoras look great on guys with ties.

I wear multiple bracelets on my right hand made from various stones, wooden beads, and açaí seeds. I also have a mocking rubber band that says "misanthrope." And a gold ring with a lapis stone.

I'm not too into jeans, and will often be found in slacks. I'm rather into the black pinstripe slacks. I don't wear belts, so my outermost shirt if often un-tucked.

I refuse to wear white socks, but I'm reluctant to wear vibrant colored socks. So they tend to be brown, grey, or black. The brown ones usually are argyle.

I am not too into shoes, in fact, I don't like wearing shoes. You will often find me in socks in the winter, or barefoot in the summer. The shoes I wear to get across town are Sambas in the winter, Chacos the rest of the year, and Sorels for deep snow.

I go for comfort and not having to iron (although I do end up ironing way too much). I'm a jeans and t-shirt girl. I like the funny tees, too, although I've worn them so many times, they're getting pretty old, so I really need to buy more. Plus, I'm getting a little old (LOL) so maybe I ought to think about toning it down a little? Naw, probably not. Most of my tees are sarcastic (as am I).

I teach at two colleges, one lets me wear jeans, the other doesn't. So it's jeans and a nice shirt (ironed, of course) to one and pants (slacks) and a nice shirt to the other. I never wear skirts and put on a dress maybe once a year. I wear comfy shoes - normally sandals in the summer and comfy flats for work, although I do have heels for going out and sometimes for work. Otherwise, it's a pair of white Ked knock-offs that are so worn in I can just slip them on. I've also been known to wear my slippers, well, everywhere. I never wear flip-flops (I hate the little things between my toes) and I never wear socks in the summer.

It takes me 25 minutes to shower, dress, put on make-up and do my hair. My husband calls me the microwave version of a wife. :)
