Now I'm curious. One of my favorite ways to indulge my inner ISFP is through solitary interaction with nature and its beauty. My vacations are usually some type of nature adventure. That, or they involve animals, like birds. My last girlfriend said that she thought I was cold and uncaring until she saw me with my pet parrot.

How common is nature as a theme for ENTJ relaxation?? Anyone else?
    orchid... ,guppies..., dogs...
I see where you are going with this ISFP.
    I surely came out today.
I even told my mom about it shes a ENFJ and she was like you need to clam down.
Need to see other's game plan is very effecive i have worked this system before, but its usually under much less stress and not to serious situations.
Even working ESFJ and unhealthy ENFJs has worked for me.
But I've has lots of time to work at it.
I need to be more tactful
And not let the ISFP take over me. Not good.

    • Compromise. Give what you can bear to give and the problem vanishes. Or, if it doesn't,
    • Slaughter.
Sounds like me when I was younger, but i tended to skip the compromise part. I also had some heavy duty anger issues and was more then willing to take it out on whoever was handy.

Sometimes I am pushed over the edge and I tell it like it is and I hurt feelings.
When I am in a angered state feelings really become very insignificant and I really don't give a shit.
How do other NT's deal with this?
I've gotten in trouble at work for not choosing the right words.
I really get into trouble some times because my Extroverted self gets the best of me.
I know exactly how you feel. I won't lie i embrace that darker side a lot nowadays... unfortunately.

I am comfortable with my dark side. My inner assassin, if you will. Maybe it's because I'm also a Scorpio.

But I like nature for alone time. Surf, sunsets, forests, solitude. Or private time on the internet, like now.

I'm very ESTPish (without the Fe to it), so I always try to communicate my words in the best way possible, but on the other hand I'm very 'Eminem'ish, in the sense that I have a huge 7 wing, so I'm very 8w7ish, more blunt, more 'on fire' and aggressive in a pure 8w7 manner.

I speak my mind and I don't care if people are hurt.. if I really love someone, then my actions will hurt them; being distant, working all the time and ignoring my loved ones... but what I say - it's the truth and if they understand it right it could never hurt them (only confront them with pain they already have inside, but what I say is always positive and constructive, even when I talk about negative things, so the pain is then coupled with hope and strength), and if they don't understand it right, I'll explain it to them.

I'm truly convinced that honesty is the only virtue that the Bible needs; if you're always honest (that means being honest to yourself too), then there are no sins to worry about; sins turn into 'guilty pleasures', like kids ringing a doorbell and running away.

What I do, by the way, to help people 'understand' my nature; is (and every relationship I take on, is never a temporary one; I can break it off if the person is a backstabber or bad for the both of us, but it's not the intention when I start it) explain them in advance how I work, cos sooner or later they will see the side of me that scares the shit out of people.

Everytime I see this topic I want to post "Darker side? What darker side? I'm all sunshine and marshmallows."

Seriously though, I really don't think I have a darker side, nothing tucked away that will unleash vengeance when angered/ betrayed.. or something. My 'normal' side is perfectly capable of doing that herself if need to.

It is probably better for you to walk away. I know that it would be a far better outcome then if you would lose it.

    It's pretty much this:

    "You get mad, you lose."

I am gonna say just say what you think you should say. If it doesn't sound right to someone else.... then forget em.... unless you work for them. In that case ...do what you gotta do. I have the same problem.... everyone does. Not everyone is gonna like the way you talk.... but try and talk the way you talk more often than not. You have to in order to keep your energy level up. Speaking of energy, I'm tired. I'm going to bed.
