Hi guys, so now that summer's over and school has started up again I've been thinking about productivity. Specifically, I've noticed that if I'm doing some kind of physical work then I can work all day without taking a break, but if the work I'm doing is intellectual (studying, homework, etc.) then I can only work for an hour or two at most without taking a break. And then once I do take a break I always seem to drag it out so that it takes me over an hour to get back to work.
So I'm wondering, how long can you do mentally draining work without taking a break? When you do take a break what exactly do you do and how quickly do you get back to work? Any tips you guys can think of to help me be able to work more constantly and consistently, or do you think this is just willpower thing and that I should power through it?
Looking forward to what you guys have to say
