Tendency to have the idea that "one size fits all". Some ENTJ's are ignorant. I would rather have a confident, smart ENTJ...rather than a ignorant, stuborn ENTJ anyday. Other than that I like them.

I've seen alot of posts about us being bossy and intolerant of mistakes. For me, unless the mistake is really bad, and we learn something in the process I am not very annoyed.. :)

Its just annoying when someone doesn't follow what we said to do, and then makes a mistake :p Especially if nothing is learned from it! (Other than do what we say )
