Withdrawing: Any Suggestions on how to fight the tendency to withdraw from life

Any Suggestions on how to fight the tendency to withdraw from life and frustrating people. As a type 5 it's an automatic response. How do you talk yourself out of it?

You can't "talk" yourself out of it. Apply logic to solve an emotional issue that is.

    Hi Pixie ....

How do you keep yourself from thinking about ideas and concepts? Just curious?

Being a five I'm always in my head thinking of a new invention or concept. I drive myself nuts sometimes... :-)

To quote PixieSaysHi, when you find the answer...please let me know. ;) Type nine coprocessing is a pain in the neck to try to stop - it seems to have that inertia that applies to nines as a whole.

I don't usually. The best thing is to get out and do something physical. Or sleep. Prior to that I numbed out on prescription pills but that is no longer an option I desire.

After being kamikaze drugged out on psych meds most of my life, I'm trying to find a way to settle the chaos in my mind to no avail at this juncture. I will figure it out. It will just take time. If anyone discovers it in the meantime, please let me know.
