How do we go between healthy and unhealthy? I was reading about enneagrams tonight and was looking at healthy and unhealthy traits. I definitely fell under the Level 5 throughout my teens and by early twenties hit Level 4 and am currently at Level 3. This is just on my own observation.
Is it always possible that individuals will continually change levels whether its towards healthy and unhealthy? Can we consciously make changes in ourselves to get to "Level 1" or is this just by experience? I would love to be able to truthfully say I'm a Level 1 or 2 healthy.. those look really appealing to me but I wouldn't lie and say I was there if I wasn't.
