Maybe it's the 4ness in me, but I really like that the Enneagram 'tells it like it is'. It doesn't try to be overly encouraging. I'm a big fan of positive/constructive criticism. Also, it does mention what I would be like if I were at a healthy level, so I find that really encouraging. It's like something to look forward to. Only thing is, I kinda wish my 'healthy level' were a little more intellectually-oriented, but 'creative' - which is what a healthy 4 is - is okay.
Another thing, usually I'm reading/doing these personality tests and things when I'm in a negative frame of mind, because I'm trying to 'figure out what's wrong with me'/in self-pity mode, so a test result that tells me what's wrong with me I can empathise with more than a result that overly focuses on the good things.
