Can Type 3s be very much in touch with their emotions?

I have been battling internally between Type 3 vs Type 4 as my Heart fix for quite a while now.

Alright, are all Type 3s good at "putting their emotions aside" to get their work done? And you know, just being a little less emotional than average. I am definitely not a Type 3 core but I can be pretty moody, and be aware of my emotions. I'm quite anxious. How do Type 6's and Type 3's work together?!

Also, with no disrespect meant to anyone but are Type 4 guys sort of effeminate? Even a little? Again, I am just curious.

It depends more on what your core fears are. I guess a 3 could be in touch with their feelings and know what's going on inside of them. They could know how they feel but they are not as important to them as they are to a 4. 3's can more easily put them aside in order to do what they feel they need to do. They don't reference their feelings the way a 4 does.

4's are their feelings for better or worse. They need to know what they are feeling because that is what is true to them. 3's can more easily distance themselves from their feelings because the 3 doesn't establish their worth by their feelings. They establish their worth by what they accomplish and what they do. The 3 fears becoming worthless and not being able to accomplish things. The 3 fears not being able to achieve, not amounting to something - not being successful. 4's fear that they are damaged or broken and that they are worse off then others so they create an image of themselves being different to augment those feelings of inferiority or worthlessness.

They both cope with their pain in different ways. They have different motivations. You could have a 3 or 4 wing.
