I'll put in my two cents about Type 7:
The biggest barrier to me accepting it was that I have no conception of "fleeing from inner pain". Those who know me best would probably say I dwell in it (especially when I was a teenager).
But--here's the thing--my moods switch off so readily. I might be depressed one minute, and totally fine the next. This takes no conscious effort on my part, it just happens. Often times, when dealing with a situation like the deaths of my grandparents, I simply feel nothing at all. "Oh well, they were old and in pain anyway."
A better catchphrase would be: "Distract me, and we'll do something awesome together!"
