    An ENFP being dogmatic?

Well, this trait is prominent in me. I generally like to argue on things which I find is impractical. I really don't think this is any NFs natural behavior. I would just like to ask that whether any of you have this same problem or not?
    Your reply is appreciated.

I've been that way before, it only causes problems though.
Besides we aren't as good at it as say xSTJs.
If we do approach something dogmatically we are likely to be fleeting in that argument. Eventually the current of life will change our perspective (or at least wisen us up), and then you'll just feel silly later on for being needlessly assertive.

But ya, I've been pretty bad before, so don't feel like you're alone.

You mean maturity will deal it?

    Ya, basically.
I'm sure any arguments you've had in the past have produced less then ideal results. Eventually you'll get sick of throwing pearls to swine, or at the least become more tactful in your approach.

In that case also consider that leaving emotion out is the best way to get a solid point across. And don't fumble on incorrect facts, better to leave them out if you're unsure.

Hmm..another question, I think among all the NFs, ENFP are comparatively a little more argumentative (at least from what I've seen or experienced) why is so that, the ENFPs are more dogmatic than the other Nfs? (if I'm not wrong)

More voiceterous perhaps, but certainly among NFs, we're not more argumentative. I don't think the sub-NF-types have more or less argumentative tendencies, I think it's just more of an individual thing.

I think it has more to do with enneagram than MBTI to be honest...and yea, individual experience is going to play a role as well.

That said, you may want to avoid bureaucratic jobs in the future. :P

    EDIT: 7s and 8s >.>

I think it might be a common young ENFP thing. I was a bit domineering when I was younger. And I still enjoy arguing/discussions with the right people.
