I often hear that ENFPs don't usually show the emotion that they may actually feel in that moment. What's the thought process behind this?
I must admit, it's very difficult for me to put a feeling aside and show another; something in the same family would be displayed (e.g. I feel frustrated and then show anger).
How/why do you show something completely different to how you feel?
