    Signs of healthy enfp?

For me personally i'm at my healthiest when i can be completely myself. Without question.

what do you do to be happy?

I spend as much time taking care of my owns needs as i do other people.

what mindset do you have when your happy?

humm, it could be an attitude. I care less about how others perceive me, i don't let people steal my sunshine. I spend
less time stressing over the small stuff, and more time smiling, laughing and carefree.

what do you do to get out of the unhealthy zone?

    Introspect.

ok i'll draw from the healthiest time of my life because i've always been a bit up and down during my teens..

i tend to be very composed, funny, people intuitive (empathy is SPOT on), high social stamina, can find small talk interesting, finds everyone interesting not just those that are easiest to get along with, excellent at making people who feel excluded feel included (subtly so they don't feel patronized), a constant feeling of good butterflies kind of like you get when you are playing really well at a sport, can talk about anything and make it interesting, never controlling, never talking about others, the person who is able to be friends with everyone (and therefore often a default leader just by being the glue holding groups together), unaffected by what people think about me

what mindset do i have whilst happy? confident, in control, VERY empathic (when at my best i always feel sensitive toward how others are feeling particularly those who have less self confidence, i try to build people up subtly and indirectly), often i'll do things that no other person does by leaving the talkative to talk to the quiet and get them into the group, willing to be quiet from time to time because i feel totally self secure

how do i get out of an unhealthy zone? alone time first, reexamine myself and who i am and then when the time feels right find new people, new environments and new experiences to build myself back up as a better version of myself. travelling (as per usual) is the best advice i can give an enfp
