The king of dreams started a great thread about exercise and I thought I might try and expand it abit!
Was wondering if there are any crossfit ENFP's out there?
(for those that don't know what cross fit is, basically a hardcore training program that incorporates cardio and weight lifting! No other athletic program like it!

So generally! How often do you train and do you make your own routines? Or steal em from elsewhere?

A couple years later now, I'm working back into it with the same kind of routines he gave me before. The site you posted, though, seems to offer excellent inspiration for training! Nowadays, I'll do an hour of cardio, and about 45 minutes of weights 3 times per week or so, switching up reps and sets each time.
