I cry when I'm happy, but rarely when I'm sad. Every once in a while I'll just let loose and cry in sadness for a day or two and it's extremely cathartic. I guess I'm not too comfortable with the negative range of emotions, but they're still there waiting to be released.

I also love to dance. It can change my mood in an instant.
