I'm happiest when I feel fulfilled. I feel fulfilled when I tend to my goals and my plans for getting where I want to in the future, day to day.

Although I'm very happy in a different way when I'm just sharing careless and joyous moments with my family.

I am happiest with my loved ones (family OR friends, but especially my significant other) and I get a sort of warm feeling in my chest when I attempt to do good deeds, like donating something or giving money to a homeless person or one time when I helped a lady get of the public transit bus because she was having a hard time lowering her walker to the sidewalk because of a gap.

Does anyone else get that feeling? It's hard to explain, but it's like a warm feeling, and almost tickles a bit, kind of like butterflies in your stomach, but it's more centered in your chest. (Or do I have a heart problem? )
