ENFPs, are you good at communicating things to people without saying a word? I am and I think it ties in with the whole Ne and Fi combination of awareness of what's going on in social situations and 'manipulating'...

To give an example of what I mean, for example if I want to borrow hand-cream I can get my friends to open their bag and pass me hand-cream without me saying a word. Same if say I want someone to open a window, or if I want someone to come over and talk to me, or on the other hand leave me alone. I've often prompted friends to offer me a cup of tea without even opening my mouth. I can also get two people to start talking to each other making inclusive gestures and alternating making eye contact first with one and then with the other. I do all this stuff partly with body language, facial expressions, and trying to send a 'wavelength' to them. Do you guys do all that stuff too?

yes. i think it's just good social skills and strong friendship bonds, although there is an element of intuition about it. easily EASILY the strongest connection of this sort i've had is with an INFJ, who operate with Ni opposed to Ne. that actually felt like we were having non-verbal conversations with each other at times.

It's not exactly what you were talking about, but my close ENFP buddy and I communicate through songs. We're always sending songs to each other to describe how we feel about something, that or quotes, poems, etc.

Yeah, it's something I've tried before with other people, but they didn't really seem to get it. I often feel some very strong pulling to what I'm trying to express, and music or literature seem to capture the essence of that, better than my own words (maybe Fi related). I was shocked when she actually instigated the process, shortly after we met.

Yeah, I'm pretty good with non-verbal communication. Although, I suck at picking up charades or hand signals sometimes. My body movements and gestures and facial expressions convey a very obvious thing I think. Then, from afar, when someone is communicating to me with these weirdass hand signals in their own personal sign language, Im like "What the..?? what??"
