Even in public! :D
You jump from doing one thing to another because spending hours on one is just... dull. And you can also multitask and still produce a good piece of work! :) In fact I find my work's a lot better when I give myself these random breaks. :D But to a lot of people, it can look like it's slacking or a lack of concentration, etc.. Sigh.
Precisely why I try so hard not to do it!! It's worse when you know you're doing it, but can't stop yourself. haha.
Sounds like a marathon of listening to me...! Sometimes, it's nice to be around people who can debate things in their head before speaking. Trouble is, you never know what they're thinking about...haha! I don't know which I would prefer ;)I have to listen to all his debate before I figure out what it is he is debating.
Yeah. He has that problem too. He'll be like "Aw, man, I'm tangenting so much today." and then he will have a tangent about that.
I guess I most prefer he tell me what he is debating before he does it, but it is not too bad. Sometimes I giggle though. He does not like it, but it is so funny, sometimes.Sounds like a marathon of listening to me...! Sometimes, it's nice to be around people who can debate things in their head before speaking. I love your avatar. I feel like that cat. I could so take a nap on this essay right now.
definitely my friends always used to get worried whenever i seem not interested or bothered about my work but now they know not too i know i could do better if i give it my full attention but fuck it its exhausting n boring my mum used to walk in while i was talking to myself she must've thought i was crazy![]()
That's so funny about your mum! When I was younger I used to have whole conversations with mine in my head, presenting an idea, imagining her negative response. One day I did that, thinking the whole thing through as I was walking through the house, and went to counteract her argument, she had no idea what I was talking about. I thought I had actually talked to her!![]()
I don't talk to myself... and I've often a quite serious and direct demeanor when I'm not being my goofy self... but sometimes I meow at my computer screen in anticipation of my INTJ answering me on AIM... we nyan all the time in person, privately bc we're dorks.. but that's different.
(here's nyan cat to save the day)
NON-STOP NYAN CAT!
Haha, most people who know me superficially are usually shocked to find out I'm such a goof (dork's a good word too :D) when they really get to know me because when I'm in "professional" mode, the dork only really makes itself known inside my head. This is prob why I feel like I'm being awkward/fake/not 100% myself but other people don't see me as "awkward" - any of you get this?
Nyan!!! (320 secs and counting! :P) :D Oh and I die with LolCats. And Damn You AutoCorrect. Kills me every time :P
