    ENFPs put out!

I was going to call this thread, "ENFPs expose themselves!" but I was worried that might have a sexual connotation.

ENFPs extrovert so much: we put our thoughts out to others.

We share our ideas, adventures, experiences.

We put our affection out too, using our expressed words, or written letters.

Physically, we reach out, using our hands, arms, lips, and smiles.

Our dreams often involve people out there.

We put out vibes in the search for soulmates.

Our deepest happiness seems to be out there.

And anything good that comes to us or is inside us, we usually put out to others.

We have a hard time keeping it all inside.

    ENFPs put out.

Putting out ourselves is better than being put out by others

I like that to avoid sexual connotations you went with "put out"

I do agree though, I never really feel like I've never totally gone "full circle" or however you'd put it with my happiness or positivity until I've shared it/ spread it out to others.

I often hear from people that they can always see in a blink of an eye how I feel. By the way I walk or the way I look around. I know a few people I think are ENFP too, and we all have very expressive faces, is this true for you too?

I'm not the type to talk all day about things when I suspect others aren't quite that interested but you can read my enthousiastm or disenthousiasm anway. Maybe we want to get others to show their (dis)enthousiastism too about things? I think that's why ENFP's are inspirers...

I'm going to address you all! Katykins, you're so right! :')

Thanks thtgrlwthspecs! Trying to keep it clean in the ENFP forum!

Yes, Funky President! I'm very expressive in my face. I have wrinkles on my forehead from always having my eyes open so wide, looking around. And smile lines on the sdies of my mouth and near my eyes. Of course I'm 45, so this is the time to be getting these things. That's what I meant by putting it out with our bodies as well and our words. We love to talk, to express and have fun telling our tales, but people can read us really well by our faces or body language. We're almost like kids the way we show waht we feel. But not quite.

We ENFPs are so transparent; I see us as warm beaches with waves lapping on the shore, with a lava flow underneath. It gets warm on the surface sometimes, because there's so much underneath.

Does that sound like I'm saying we're hot?

I totally agree Snowy, but do you ever find (like me) that people get intimidated when you throw yourself out there? I think they are too scared too, they worry someone will reject them. Of course we don't want to be rejected either but as ENFPs we know no other way except to be authentic.

One thing I'd like to add and I'm sure y'all feel this way too, but I have those few people who I feel the most open with. I feel very friendly, open, and adaptable with most people, but there are always those people who are just special...I sometimes get the idea that other people perceive ENFPs as being equally open with everyone
I mean I'm pretty open and I do have a habit of trusting people unworthily, but then there are those people who I hold extremely close to my heart who I feel can be with me for everything

The point specs was making is that "Put out" is even more sexually suggestive than "expose themselves". "Put out" means the girl will let you *ahem* "go all the way"

    but it's a cute judgement error :3.

I actually had trouble in school because I was way too bouncy and open and energetic, no one could stand my company. so instead of being very social, the same attributes that make me socially successful now made me a loner growing up

I'm always worried that I get on peoples nerves with how bubbly I can be, I try to keep myself in check so I don't put people off
