What are some questions you'd like to ask ENFPs?
Any questions, from random to intellectual or completely offensive, welcome! : D

I hesitate to say I'm never offended, but it's definitely difficult to offend me. If someone says something about me that is negative, it doesn't bother me because I don't agree with it. I'm very secure and quietly confident in who I am, so I feel like I've nothing to "hide" or that could attract insults, accidental or otherwise. Before I was so secure with who I am though, it was a little easier to offend me. I think it all comes down to whether or not the person at the receiving end of the insult believes it, or cares if the person saying it is clearly mistaken or just being spiteful. None of it bothers me because I don't see an ounce of truth in insults directed towards me, and accidental ones just make me feel sorry for the clueless person saying them.
I believe it's all a matter of self esteem.
I agree with you there. If I feel that someone has completely misunderstood me as a person, or my motives, or has misrepresented me, then my reaction is purely to go apeshit rather than to feel offended. But if I feel that they are right, then I think whatever they said to offend me would be on my mind until I tried to make that comment inapplicable to me anymore.

What is your favourite MBTI personality type?
I can't pick! But if I had to choose one in terms of other than my own (ENFP love!), I suppose I'd say INFPs. My Mom and one of my best friends is one, so the numbers are in their favor. But my other besties are INTJ, ISFP, and ESTJ.

My mother is an ENTJ, and my experience with her was unpleasant. She is also the only ENTJ I know, so I guess I have a bias towards that type. In my experience, INTJs tend to be more open-minded and philosophically mature than ENTJs. Also, the introversion factor adds an element of mystery that is quite appealing.

I get on really well with ENTJs actually. The only confirmed one I know is a really good friend of mine and she amazes me. I look at ENTJs like they are an ENFP with maximum follow-thru. So it's kind of an awe you'll get from me.

I get along with INTJs well because, well I call them on their crap, and they call me on mine :) I find I understand them. But I find that ENTJs find me full of "potential and possibilities" yet don't see that I care more about experiencing it all, than experiencing things thoroughly. Does that make sense to you?

Well, INTJs line up with our traits much better than ENTJs (intuition and feeling are dom/tert with INTJs, rather than aux/inf), and like it was said earlier, ENTJs can kind of get on us ENFPs for not having enough follow through. ENTJs are more Do'ers, and are more assertive with us (we don't like assertive people unless we agree with them), INTJs are more thinkers, and clash with us on a conceptual level (which I like at least), rather than the actual execution/task accomplishment level (not a fan), which is why there is the sentiment that we get along with INTJs better.

Friendship: ENFP, INFP, INFJ, INTJ
Conversation: INTJ, ENFP, INTP,
Romantic: INTJ, ISTJ

I tend to be a bit overwhelmed by other extroverts, especially very aggressive ones like ENTJs tend to be. My little sister is an ENTJ and we get along great for the most part (especially as we got older). But in general I find ExTJs get annoyed at my indecisiveness and my silliness, but if we can connect on something intellectual a good and lively debate will ensue.

Where do ENFPs hang out?

What do you do for fun/hobbies?
We hang out anywhere that catches our fancy. I tend to gravitate towards places where I can have conversation --- so coffeeshops, restaurants, etc. I tend to dislike bars only because they're loud and impersonal. You can't really have good conversation in place where you have to scream over a ton of people. Though I will go if I'm with a group of friends for drinks and spending time together. I like activity, so I love going someplace to DO something -- amusement parks, zoos, water parks, sporting events, museums, etc.

As for fun/hobbies....it follows along with the above. I like doing activities. Hanging out and watching TV or playing video games I dread. I like playing sports so I'm apt to join a recreational kickball or soccer league with friends. I love the beach and swimming so pools, water parks or the ocean are always fair game (depending on the weather). I'm a thrill-seeker so I love roller coasters and adrenaline rushes. I love to shop, but I prefer it with a friend because it's a great time to chat and I'm indecisive so it's good to bounce clothing ideas off on someone else.

But at the same time I like to read, paint, draw, journal - relaxing things to help me recenter. A long walk is almost always a good idea. Anything that lets me just live in my head.

I hang out in the places I go to do my hobbies. Rock climbing gym, the music school at university, the beach, cafes (Caffeine and talking is a hobby, yeah?)

For fun I learn things - misc facts are awesome though I do delve deeper and read textbooks for fun. Also, autobiographies of people like Churchill, play listen and write music, rock climb, do bikram yoga, make animals out of felt and socks, watch stand up comedy on youtube, watch awful awful reality tv on youtube, hang out with mates (of course), draw, write in my diary, go on PerC, act like a moron, watch people, judge people, analyse people, be creepy and play this game where I try to find out as much as I can about someone while withholding as much information as possible about myself...

<.< Yeah they got steadily creepier. But they're all things I do for fun.

I hand out mostly at home, the library, cinemas, bookstores and wherever my ESFP best friend wants to go :p

My hobbies include reading, stalking people on the internet, PerC, youtube videos, and EATING LIVE PUPPIES.

INFJ here. So after reading many ENFP posts, videos, and living with my very own ENFP brother for 17 years, i have come to a conclusion. All ENFP's wish they were INTJ. IS THIS TRUE??? And if so, WHY. I just really really dont understand. XD I mean, its hilarious, but really. You guys. :p

Also my brother seems to do EVERYTHING with "but what will the INTJ'S THINK?!!!??!??" In mind.
What is this madness?

[On a side note, there also seems to be an overwhelming obsession among white ENFP's with being african american. Not that that's a bad thing, but.... guys. Youre crazy. :p]
When I was young I was intimidated by the INTJ. Mystified. Scared.
Now I just want to have sex with one.
Just kidding- Not sure I know any INTJs in real life. But I do dig NTs- they are quite awesome. I need them in my life else I will self-destruct!

Eh...no. I love being a Ne-dom. INTJs are mostly too slow for me although I have noticed that most INTJs here on this forum are actually pretty cool people.

And no, I don't have an obsession with African Americans. I do have an obsession though with extremely refined Caucasian guys but that's because I am incredibly narcissistic.

I noticed by the way that half of the INFJs here on this forum aren't actually INFJs....It's hilarious, but really. You guys. :p

Yes, I am sure you did. You have no idea what just happened.

Don't ask questions here and answer them yourself first. You assumed the most ridiculous things based on a silly rumor. I despise people who assume things based on a silly rumor. It wears me out.
Wow someone has a bad attitude today.....i think you need a hug.

I think i did mention my own brother was a prime example of both my theories. But no matter! I dont know why i ventured outside my home forum.

Let me quote you: [On a side note, there also seems to be an overwhelming obsession among white ENFP's with being african american. Not that that's a bad thing, but.... guys. Youre crazy. :p]

And now you're telling me that the above has been validated by one person only: your brother.

I might come off as ruthless right now, but you have no idea what you're saying. You just don't make sense.

So..if you want to know something, then just ask without answering the questions yourself first.
If you do that, I'll gladly answer them in a friendly way.

This is what happened:

"Hey dear INFJs, I've heard that you all like to go out and dance naked in the snow" "Not that that's a bad thing, but.... guys. You're crazy" Do you see now how awkward your entrance was?

I am assuming right now that all INFJs are crazy because they love to dance naked outside covered in snow. I've tried to mirror you in my first reply but you didn't see your own reflection.
