I know I am definitely a feeler. I do often wish that I were a T though...I feel that if I were, I wouldn't suffer as much emotionally.

Quite the opposite I'm afraid. Thinkers suffer from the same amount of emotions, and are much less capable of dealing with them up front. That's why rather than simply acting sad and talking to a friend, we go crazy and try to take over the world (or, erm, do something stupid like that).

I didn't realize this. I thought that being a thinker provided somewhat of a defense shield to emotional pain.

There were long arguments between multiple members who didn't even know me, lasting waaay too long and causing a lot of drama. In the end, nothing was accomplished and I decided not to do that again. Anyway, I'm happy with who I am and don't have a problem not correlating to any one type entirely. If anyone else has a problem with who I am, they can deal with it.
You changed your user name. :) I actually have read several of your posts. I think either INTP or ENTP fits. Not ENFP.

@Le Beau Coeur: Oh, it does. It provides denial, emotional detachment, and refusal to admit one's feelings. These all seem to make emotional pain much easier to deal with, but they cause a lot more psychological conflict. For instance, when I feel upset about something, I'll often shrug it off, smile and say, "No big deal." But I might have a nagging annoyance in the back of my head for the rest of the day, and I'll start acting strangely, especially around the person/thing that caused me to feel upset. Sometimes this feeling just goes away, and sometimes it bubbles up until I just explode out of nowhere over something tiny and pointless.

@saffron: Haha, actually I made a new account, but found out that my old one wasn't really deleted. Turns out you can't do that so much. So they are now merged. Sorry for the confusion.

Thank you for explaining this, I'm still trying to understand T better.
