Dear Fellow ENFPs,
Healthy ENFPs are confident and assertive, this doesn't happen overnight. I choose a career in sales and below are the lessons that have brought growth in truly being more confident, I am sharing this in hopes that it will help other fellow ENFPs get what they want the most out of life, to be the best version you can be. Please comment and share your own experiences as well. We can always grow together! Cheers.
*Lessons*
1. ACCEPTING that not everyone will like you, and that's okay.
2. Sugar-coating only delays and ignites the situation, because the truth always comes out.
3. You are 100% responsible for being happy in your life.
4. Doing things just because you "should"instead of focusing on the belief never works in the long run.
5. Be there and emotionally support yourself. You are the one person that knows everything you've been through.
6. Routine makes it easier to be spontaneous.
7. Say No. (Hard at first, but it becomes fun later.)
8. Exercise and a healthy diet sets you up for success.
9. Don't overthink things. Choose one route, life will tell you if it will work.
10. Don't trust everything you hear, validate the source of information.
11. Details make a huge difference, and when managed well, it will bring huge results.
12. If you approve of something, that is enough.
13. Conflict can strengthen relationships.
14. Define your values and make decisions based on them.
15. Making decisions on how you feel about something will simplify your life.
16. A new experience for an ENFP is actually an old experience with new insights. Tame that Ne with some Fi.
I will continue to grow the list as I come along new experiences.
