Stealing this from the INTJ's [who stole it from the ISTJ's]
Test Your Vocabulary
Based on the test, I'm supposed to have a vocab of about 25,700 words.
According to this test, I should know about 27,300 words.
Now if only it really seemed that way when I talk, that'd be something.![]()

Hehe. Same here! I think they're estimating based on how many synonyms exist for the words we select as the ones we know. For me the last two columns on the second page were all pretty much blanks - so I dunno if that's a great indicator of actual vocab. I'm also bilingual, so a lot of the words I saw, I was automatically translating into Urdu.
I'm definitely very interested in other ENFJ scores - considering how we're supposed to be the ones with the silver tongues XD
My score was at par with the INTJ's and ISTJ's for the most part.
41,800 words.
And my reputation as an english/linguistics major is intact.
I took this a while ago. I got - 18,100. Don't know whether I'm improving or getting worse. Either way, my vocab sucks lol. Not really a surprise.
27,100
I've read at least three hundred or four hundred books, and I am rather certain that about 95% of the words in the final column of step 2/3 have never been in front of my eyes before.
Can anyone clue me in on what sort of paperwork uses such obscure language? I've got the dictionary open in another window to look at each word I failed on, and I'm certain I've come across situations where the words could be applied. Like uxoricide, for example.

Ooooh I love stuff like this! Thanks Jaws!
21,200
Better than I thought :) considering I don't read as much as should.
31,400
Thanks for showing me this. I'm jealous of the person with 41,000 estimated. I need to start reading more :)
