How do I support my ENFJ mum in weight loss?

I go into the kitchen and try to eat all the fatty and sugary things I can find and I have put on about 3 or 4 kilos!! HAHA. I want my mum to live long, but whenever I'm around her she brings out the playful child in me, the indulgent, the 'just one more'. She is over 100Kgs and really needs to lose about 20 at least but I don't know how to engage her in a non-authoratarian way. Maybe she is too into instant gratification, I am such a pleasure delayer. :o
    Any ideas welcome.

If I knew someone who was living an unhealthy lifestlyle that caused her to feel bad about her body, I would buy her two books. One would be a copy of "The China Study" which is about health and nutrition, and the other is "Fat!So?" about having healthy self-esteem regardless of body type. With that combination, she should be able to improve her health without feeling like she has been shamed into it. Otherwise, your attempts at helping could cause her to develop negative self-image issues that have little to do with health.
