Career Functions Assessment, anyone know what I'm talking about?

I remember a few years ago, I found a really great online career assessment that took your natural functions and compared them to the functions required for the career you have (or any career you're familiar with for that matter). It gave you a graphic chart that had different colours on different sections of a circle/octagon kind of thing to show you how closely the personality skills required for the job matched or didn't match with your personal strengths and weaknesses.

Does anyone know what this is and which website has it? I unfortunately seem to have lost track of where I saw this. But it was really useful!

it's not there. it's not one of those eternally long quizzes that gives you a verbal description at the end. It gives you a graphical representation of all of your functions based on how strong they are, plus a graphical representation of the functions used most often in the particular job you've chosen, and then a final graph showing how well those functions match up or don't match up.

it was really one of the most useful career assessment tests I've ever seen. hope someone can help me find it again.
