That's a very important issue that I'm having trouble articulating. "Information Poisoning," I call it. For a child's world to consist of instant digital gratification through the net and video games troubles me deeply. What sort of generation will that bring. Do any kids just go outside and play with sticks any more? Are children ever asked to use their imagination without using Harry Potter or a Disney princess as a base?

I think the older generation has been highly irresponsible in that bringing out all this information and technology that kids are surrounded by but do not have the mental maturity to deal with this knowledge like I said is VERY irresponsible but what are we going to do about it now? Im sure human beings wern't designed to be implanted with computer generated information especially on young, impressionable eyes. Im abit of a tech fascist in that respect but if I had my way, there would be an age limit on kids using then internet, id say until they were at least 13. That will probably never happen, so im hoping that those that only know the world of technology will see it for what it is, what it can be used for and the harm it can do, maybe in the future, we will introduce proper educational lessons regarding internet/technology values.

I remember that in my neighborhood generations 85-89 were the last to play outside whole day long. Younger kids from my street played Sega and Nintendo whole day long.
