Why are almost all terrorists muslim?
I'm not saying that all Muslims are terrorists. That's different.

But almost every terrorist attack thats in the news is caused by MUSLIMS. 9/11, the bombings in Madrid and London: MUSLIMS. Southern Thailand: MUSLIMS. Chechnya: MUSLIMS. Indonesia: MUSLIMS. Iraq and Pakistan and Afghanistan and India: 99% of the attacks are from, you guessed it, MUSLIMS. MUSLIMS threaten to behead anyone who draws a cartoon of their prophet.

I mean seriously. Let it sink in: if you draw a CARTOON of Prophet Mohammed, then you get DEATH THREATS from Muslims. MUSLIMS protest all over Europe and demand that Europeans forgo hundreds of years of progress and liberty to follow THEIR laws. MUSLIMS want all women to walk around covered in veils.

And how did MUSLIMS respond to 9/11 when the twin towers fell? WHERE were all of the Muslim groups protesting against the terrorist attack and urging for peace? WHERE WERE THEY? HUH?! I heard rumors that MUSLIMS were CELEBRATING on 9/11! Just imagine how sick that is: 3,000 people burn or fall or suffocate to their death, and these people are CELEBRATING!

Just what is it about Islam that makes its followers so prone to terrorism and hate? What the hell are they all so ANGRY about all the time?

HOLY **** you people are retarded. War is NOT the same as terrorism. There is a BIG different between killing someone because they offended your "God", and starting a war with another country over inaccurate data.

And, seriously, a Christian bombs an abortion clinic, what, maybe every two years at most? Tell me why there is at least one MUSLIM terrorist almost EVERY WEEK.I do not see ANY other group that performs so many terrorist attacks. Not even COMMUNISTS perform that many terrorist acts.

Look how hateful these people are. I seriously need you to click on the link and see how many people judge Muslims so wrongly. In a great number of the replies, people say "Muslims and Devils go hand in hand." and often relating Muslims to devils. Not only that, the people who posted repsonses like that got THUMBS UP for the comment. Look at us. Take a good look at how humans are so good at naming each other with inappropriate labels. Stereotype, after stereotype.

This is the best part because it's obviously demonstrably false but people still believe it anyway.

Certain outlets of western media tend to portray crimes made by Muslims much more than the ones made by non Muslims.

How often did they show how many civilians they had killed in Iraq/Afghanistan? I'm guessing not as much.

Not to mention the fact that larger states tend to either a) attack through covert means or b) create reasons and excuses to attack those they wish to harm, for whatever purpose. These 'terrorists' are often spread out and may not have any government backing (and if they do, it's indirect). Thus, they are are like mercenaries attacking randomly for political gain. Of course a larger state can portray these groups as pure evil-doers who oppose civilized living. The real truth is that governments seek to maintain their power and dominion and will use whatever means to keep it that way, even if that means they must paint rebellious groups as terrorists in order to keep their own public safely sedated and supportive.

Moreover, it's not so accurate to say that an overall religion, way of living, or culture somehow "breeds terrorism." It's more to the point that the Mid-East is simply in a state conducive to this behavior, as it's so unstable, unpeaceful, and full of constant tension. So I think it's the political climate that is really the cause, not the religion or the culture or the people themselves. It's simply the condition of the area (a condition which we westerners can barely comprehend).

2 things to keep in mind:
First of, there are MANY trolls on Y&A that intentionally respond with provocative answers, or ask provocative questions just to evoke an emotional response. I know this because I am one of these trolls }:-D.
Secondly a question with a title like that is bound to catch more racists than non racists, if you were to reiterate the question in more objective way the responses would probably also be more objective. However this could very well be a troll, with the intention to provoke people judging from the highly subjective and judgemental nature of the question.
