So I'm not sure how requiring a test and license would solve anything anyway. You present your best side for the test to get the license and obey all the rules and know all the laws. But as soon as you get what you need, you operate however you darn well please.
I absolutely agree with you. I was being a bit sarcastic with my remarke to show how we care more about people's driving skills than their parenting skills. I know the issue is much more complex than just requiring a test. I'm absolutely appalled that it takes a veritable act of congress to take a child away from their parent. I see children living in aweful conditions everyday. I'm told "some people are just dirty." They can afford cigarettes but not a bar of soap? These 'parents' expect society or the gov't to raise their children. Frankly, the gov't doesn't do much very well.

Of course, people with ASPD should not be allowed to breed. Of course, if I reach them first, dying of old age is going to be the least of their worries.

    I'm in complete agreement.

The only issue is enforcement. However, that does not change the fact that breeding licenses would be beneficial (if objective criteria were used).

I think people should have to score above the retardation point on an IQ exam. I mean seriously, have you been to Wal-Mart (or it's equivalent where you live) lately? Christ on a crutch.
