It's only a matter of time before Blackwater is deployed on U.S. soil to suppress American dissention. They are paid more than U.S. servicemembers and they're not bound by the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) Essentially, they are an army of privately contracted, government-protected assassins, completely devoid of the Constitution. The Posse Comitatus Act wouldn't even apply to them.

and this in combination with the a "Enemy Prisoner of War/Civilian Internee (EPW/CI) camp" "displaced civilian (DC) resettlement facility" they are now hiring personnel for?
