I think this is the correct way to go about it. Legally and Constitutionally.

Tenth Amendment has been ignored and the states need to reassert themselves. Get rid of the bloat and reform.

Coast to Coast AM had a show on Feb 16 2009. It had Alex Jones and Joining the show in brief segments were Representatives Matt Shea, Jim Guest, Dan Itse, & Charles Key who described sovereignty efforts in their home states. Shea of Washington state, said they were sending a message, telling the Feds to back off. Jim Guest of Missouri cited the Real I.D. act as being particularly problematic.

That is the whole point. Our government was designed to be small and on the local level. It had bloated out of control. Government by the people for the people and of the people does not happen in Washington... and it sure the heck will not in a North American Union/New World Order... the further it gets from the people the more it can abuse the people and get out of control.

Our founding fathers new this, and that is why they instituted checks and balances and limited the executive branch and included the tenth amendment which said... everything that was not CONSTITUTIONALLY mandated was to be handled by the states!!! WE HAVE COME A LONGGGGG WAY from the government we were founded under.

If government is local, you can reach out and change it. It is a lot easier to control. It works more for the people. The further away and more centralized it gets the less control and more tyrannical it gets.

We need to shrink the government and make it local. If we just sit buy and say nothing it will get more out of control. We must act or loose control. We are at a tipping point.

Support states rights, and let us keep this the country we love where we have liberty... not let world bankers sweep us under their control system in a tyranny.

The Congress is being threatened with MARSHAL LAW if they do not pass these bills now. It is out of control. We need to protect the Constitution form ALL ENEMIES FORIEGN AND DOMESTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We need to take back control and give it to the states, not an executive branch out of control and a congress being undermined.


Basically it is "do was we say or we will declare marshal law and do it anyway"... THIS IS TYRANNY NOT DEMOCRACY!

Funny how this hasn't been mentioned on the national news or anything. Seriously, people need to stop acting like a bunch of idiots. We aren't headed towards a dictatorship. Do you really think that a president would really get that far without being impeached first? People would notice..... And just where exactly have any of our freedoms been denied?
