Beauty will save the world. -> I plan on giving it to the world. I guess that's my most recent drive in life.

Every so often I get something that fulfills my current desires and makes me feel 100% complete and good enough, but then time keeps ticking away and the moment passes. New desires are aroused and the cycle continues.

...There are moments in which all the world seems balanced with myself at its center. There is a grace of movement,an eloquent expression of feeling(rather than a boiling reserve) in action and speech...an inner sense of equilibrium in which all of my senses are tuned to the slightest nuances of the enviornment, and a simplistic clarity as to it's form is grasped. There is a silence in those moments that illustrates a harmonious symphony of all things in connection and wellness..my wish is to master myself in a form(preferably artistic) that sustains such a balance. In that i may express it and offer it to others in my works and life.

Forgive my chopping phrases from a context, but possibly this is the context.
Mastering oneself is what so few ever even conceive of doing. Let alone set about the task, in their grand and breathless haste to "save the world".
