At this moment, I am thinking about a public speaking assignment I need to do for this Friday! It's about our favorite thing... I don't really have anything that is my "favorite" but I do enjoy traveling... the hard part of this was figuring out to explain what I liked and why... so this will be the easiest for me to explain, also going to use a powerpoint presentation to add imagery to support why I love it.
Also, one of my best friends in Iowa is my coworker, who is a retired teacher... I am testing my ideas on her giggles! (^.^)
I'm going to be a beat boxing champion and you can't stop me.

I really wish I had recordings of the weird sounds I make and all my hand gestures to supplement my written word. I don't feel like I'm fully expressing myself without them. I mean, don't dying dinosaur noises and flailing t-rex arms ad a whole other dimension to the most innocuous statement?

Mm the smell of rain, delightful!![]()
I need to watch "No Country For Old Men" again. I was just thinking about ways in which that movie could be incredibly symbolic. Especially with the Coen brothers... I never get their movies until way after the fact; like "The Big Lebowski"...I thought that was a really stupid movie the first time I saw it, but I now see the meaning behind it. I think there's an incredible message buried in "No Country" that no one is seeing.
