What are you thinking about right now?

Pondering over why this feels so true.

A woman has a close male friend. This means that he is probably interested in her, which is why he hangs around so much. She sees him strictly as a friend. This always starts out with, you're a great guy, but I don't like you in that way. This is roughly the equivalent for the guy of going to a job interview and the company saying, You have a great resume, you have all the qualifications we are looking for, but we're not going to hire you. We will, however, use your resume as the basis for comparison for all other applicants. But, we're going to hire somebody who is far less qualified and is probably an alcoholic. And if he doesn't work out, we'll hire somebody else, but still not you. In fact, we will never hire you. But we will call you from time to time to complain about the person that we hired.

I wish i could be an INTJ for a day... i wonder what it would be like

It only took me more than 1300 or so posts before I did. Not for the "right now" thread but the big cheese one, where it's only pictures of members, no other shenanigans.

All right, one month has passed and I've started one out of four things that I want to start over the summer: parkour training. So what's next, music theory, troubleshooting laptops or coding...

I need sleep. So badly.

- dear couple whose house is being renovated on the reno show I'm watching: you are total dicks.

- my brother is, as always, awesome. I love bitching about things (politics, social issues etc) with him and watching movies with a very insulting running commentary. We're the same person (we are both INFPs fyi) except for the fact that he has a tonne of confidence where I don't, and that he is a libertarian and I'm very left wing.
