Im at a crossroads in my life. Im graduating college. Im moving from a life that I have made here and not moving back to the life I had before. Im re-thinking everything I thought I knew for certain. Im revisiting every kernel of knowledge I held true and re evaluating everything.I want to see life like I never have. I want to see life from 10000 angles- right, wrong, or otherwise.

So heres the deal: Im looking for perspective from strangers. I’m asking a simple question and hoping the cyber world will respond. What words do you live by?

This can mean so many things: a phrase, a philosophy, a picture ( I mean its a 1000 words right?), a movie, a song, a story. I want to know anything that has guided you or given you perspective.

I Hope You Dance by Lee Ann Womack...I'm loving it at this point in my life because it reminds me that I can't waste the time i have now...it's about doing things you don't feel comfortable doing at first because you'll feel happy in the end...it's about being true to yourself an never being fake...it's about taking chances and doing things that are gonna enhance your soul...it's about getting over those obstacles because that's where the sun shines eternally...it's about not giving up and never losing yourself...it's about never feeling there's nowhere to go...it's about always yearning to explore those things you have yet to experience and it's bout knowing you can experience everything you want...it reminds me about being free...it reminds me of what life means to me and that i just want to be happy when I'm on my death bed. I don't want to ever lie down and wonder why I didn't do certain things

Over all, it's about time being a bitch xD...but anyway, this is what i get from the song, and even though I'm only 16, I know it's always gonna be playing in my heart wherever I go for the rest of my life...I'm getting a tattoo that represents this when I'm old enough also...somethign to represent time and doing everything before you die, but I don't want something macabre...maybe something that just inspires me to never stop running or something...or to be free, because freedom to me is doing everything you want to and never worrying about things you shouldn't

My perspective on life has changed alot in the past few months...it went from not knowing myself and what i wanted out of life, to knowing everything about myself and loving it and also realizing what life was to me and that i could get everything I wanted...from being anxious and closed up to being happy and expressive
