What are your favorite movie quotes?

As a self-proclaimed film geek, I have far too many. A recent inclusion to my list is from Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris, that being Kathy Bates' line, "The artist's job is not to succumb to despair but to find an antidote for the emptiness of existence."
