I'm going to Cornwall for a week today, to walk the coastal path in driving rain and blustery wind, huddle round a log burner at night and play cards with the kids.

West Cornwall has a very large number of prehistoric/Iron age standing stones. So I'm also going to walk through a few stone circles and drop my mind back into the Iron age, and between times try once again to read Robert Graves's the White Goddess.

Hoping I will either come home mad, or a poet.

Keep the place tidy while I'm gone, Ok?
