Every word in a book is put in chronological order by and in the outside world. I cannot deviate from the order the words have been put in a book. I read a paragraph and forget the last. I cannot put together one idea from one section of the book with another idea from another section of the book because they were not fitted together originally. What did the author mean? How does one idea relate to the next ...
