What do you do?

What do you say to emotional unstable people? "Just calm down, it'll take care of itself" or "There's really nothing to be upset about" or "Everything is going to be alright, you'll see" or "I'm here for you, don't worry" ???? And yet, how the hell can you say those things when you don't even believe them yourself? Especially when the person you have to say them to is yourself?

When you miss a person so badly it hurts, what do you do? You don't look for answers online, thats for sure. Because everything you find will tell you the same thing. Especially in the same situation.

And what do you do when it gets so bad, you can't stand it? When all thought and reason and logic (hah! coming from an INFP thats rather humorous...) have flown away on a magical fairy boat and left you to rot in your own insomnia and irrational thinking and illogical reasoning? You get online and rant about it, ignoring the blinding fact that everyone you'd rather not read this will be reading it before dawn.

"I can't see/I can't feel/I can't speak/I can't breathe/I can't live.
I can hear/I can taste/I can cry/I can scream/I can survive." --Me

And yet, I can't seem to listen to my own advice. I can't listen to the poetry shouting at me to leave well enough alone. I can't....

What do you do when you feel like you can't take it anymore? You know it's just a feeling, one that will pass, but now, this moment, this time, it feels as if the world is falling down and no one but you notices because, to them, its nothing.
