I leave August 6th, which is in three days. My assigned MOS is 5711 (Nuclear, Biological, & Chemical Defense Specialist). I was one of the lucky few who got to pick their job, and I picked that one because I have the highest propensity of acquiring super powers in that field.

I leave August 27th for Marine Corps Recruit Training now instead of November 12th.

In other news, nothing. There is basically nothing going on between now and the day I ship. It's just been eating, sleeping, training, and waiting.

It's been a while since my last blog. I say that in pretty much all my blogs, but this time I mean it. It's been a REALLY long time since my last blog. I don't have anything to do right now, so I thought I'd blog, and since I don't have anything groundbreaking to blog about, I figured I'd give a quick update on my life to those who care. I'd also like to thank both of the people who read my blog.

If I had to guess, roughly 1% of my page views converts to blog views (I have to guess because there's nothing that tells me the number of blog views [EDIT: Nevermind. I found it.]).
