The past week or two, I've been going to class and tutoring some kids in calculus for 3 days a week. Working third shift seems to make me insanely tired all the time (except when I drink two or three cups of sugar-laden caffeine brew), so I have not and will not be very active. Still, I think this will be a fairly good thing.

I think I'm at peace, for the first time in a while. It will be a transient moment, but one that I will nevertheless cherish. Amorous joy pulls me to ecstasy, like the moon pulls the oceans to high tide. But beneath this agitation to rapture, there is a quiet, placid content, like the depths of those same oceans.
