Why are moderators, administrators, etc., changing everytime? I think they're cool, I don't really matter who are moderators or not, I believe they could do it-as, per example, I couldn't do it, I know myself-, but... I'm gettin SO LOST!!!

One day, thehigher is a new moderator-these are all examples-.
The next, he's not, but aubrey is one!
But, wait, wait. The next, aubrey is a global moderator and HollyGolightly isn't a moderator! ...
