Welp, I'm done talking to ENFP's online.

ENFP's are the only personality on this forum I have an issue with (and sometimes INTJ's don't like me asking rhetorical questions). I post threads with the intention of starting a civil debate as to whether or not I'm wrong.

ENFP's have consistently decided to derail my threads and use fallacious logic. Several of them even claim to do it on purpose.

If that's the case, I'm officially no longer talking to ENFP's online on this forum.

In person, sure. Online, no. My words are always taken as hostile and tend to get them riled up. Its unavoidable. So I'm done with them.

That is all.

The only exceptions are those few ENFP's I already talk to every so often.

Most of the ENFPs on this forum aren't actually ENFPs (for the most part)... I hope the crazy antics of many of them don't mar your impression of the type.

More fallacious reasoning. Case in point.

The ENFPs I know in real life do this all the time. It is very frustrating. This isn't to say that all ENFPs do this. I'm sure most of them are very respectful and would never intentionally derail a conversation. But it is funny you say you've found ENFPs to do this online, because I became frustrated with an ENFP I know here at my school a couple months ago for the exact same reason. He took offense to something I said and thereafter would not admit that he was using, exactly as you say, fallacious reasoning to derail my conversation. The Ne dominance allows him to spit out this disruptive, nonsensical reasoning hand over hand, allowing no room for me to speak or even excuse myself from the conversation. :P But in general I like ENFPs. My brother is one and for the most part we get along very well.

Most of the ENFP's I have trouble with are just troll mistyped ENTP's. I no longer hate ENFP's.
