One of the things I learned when selling at flea markets is that if the weather is bad, people will not shop. The same thing goes for auctions. If you want to buy, go to an auction on a really bad day. Nobody will bid if the weather is bad.
Today I went to NAPA Auto Parts, and I pulled up in front of their window and started pulling on my wiper, trying to get it off. I broke a clip part off, but the wiper was still attached. I decided to go inside and ask for advice. I made it in the door, and one of the guys was heading outside. There were no customers in the store, and 4 men behind the counter. The fellow came out and took off my old wipers and installed my new ones. I purchased the best wipers he had, and I tipped the fellow a few dollars because I know it would have taken me over an hour to accomplish what he did in minutes. I won, and I will shop there again!!!
