Where there's a will...

I went with my daughter to our first ASL class last night. It was an awesome experience. I love learning this language, especially learning it with my daughter. Even more, I was so inspired by a young man in the class.
This particular young man has cerebral palsy. He was barely able to coordinate walking, yet, he still used all of his effort to coordinate his hands to make the intricate signs of the ASL language.
I hear so many young capable people complain that they can't do something for any number of excuses. They don't have time, they don't have the money, they don't feel they can, etc. etc. etc. Yet, here sits this young man with so many challenges in his path and still he tries.
Let this young man be an example to us all when we feel the urge to complain about not being able to accomplish something. I know he was for me. Have a blessed day everyone. :-)
