I think the worst part is finding shirts that look ok. If they are too loose, they make you look 10 lbs heavier, and if they actually fit in the waist and bust, then you look provocative and everyone stares too much.

Good luck! Surgery is no cake walk. You need to do what makes you happy. If your back is hurting because of the extra weight, to me, that seems like a perfectly reasonable justification.

I sometimes wish mine were bigger, but when they get bigger before my uh, monthly, I get pissy and I slouch a lot. Although, I bet you're extremely strong, especially your back which is awesome. It means if you fight a girl who has two backs, you will most definitely win xD haha I'm awful, but anyway good luck :)
