1) Up early.
2) Straight to tea, Dharma reading.
3) Range-of-motion and 30 minutes meditation.
4) Mindful through dizziness, nausea, various distractions.
5) Got Pickles out after thorough, slow 40 minutes or so SetUp.

I could do all this in spite of as well as paying attention to sensations, thoughts of aversion or desire, plans imaginary and real).
