Over all, OK, but earlier it was rough: My husband has a long weekend but he wasn't available--still gone, helping put a lift in the church he attends, so I had to move furniture out of a room, put down baking soda, vacuum, strip the bed of everything including the mattress pad, put pillows into clean cases, take dirty clothes downstairs, and do a heck of a lot else that set off lower back pain and had my heart palpitating, scary...

Once I got my afternoon meds in me--after lying with my feet up on my recliner, doing Mindfulness Meditation, then got in bed with a heating pad on, it was OK from then on. Now Pickles is napping beside me on the bed and I'm playing games, so it's good.

Without meditation, I would lose my temper or sob from the pain--or both, one right after the other. Meditating has become THE priority for the day whether or not I do anything else, "that" gets done.
