So today, thanks to sanskrit i tried a male female brain test on the bbc website which you can find here
it has six sections with different kinds of tests and these are my results

Angles tested my abilitiy to identify and match the angle of a line against others, i scored 10/20 (fem av is 13.3 male av is 15.1) so i got a very low score but apparently that is a fembrain thing cos we females are not so wired for spacial tests yay me
Spot the difference was load of little pictures i got to look at for a minute and then some of the pictures got moved round and i had to say which ones moved ie which objects changed position. this was very hard for me i only got 14% and the av score for women is 46% and av for men is 39% but apparently this indicates a more male brain - "The corpus callosum, the part of the brain that links the right and left hemispheres, is a fifth larger in women. This means women can process visual and other signals at the same time more easily than men. There is also a theory that oestrogen levels in women give them an added advantage in spatial memory."
hand clasping, i put my left thumb on top so apparently that suggests the right half of my brain is dominant, so i may excel in visual, spatial and intuitive processes
emotions and systems: looked at whether you prefer to empathise or systemise.i only got 5/20 for empathy; av for men is 7.9 and for women is 10.6, which says quite a lot really huh. i got 8/20 for systemising which is av for women.
emotions which was lots of peoples eyes and you had to pick the right emotion from 4 options. i got 4/10 which is below the average for both men and women which are both 6.6/10. my score suggests i have "a balanced female-male brain and find it neither easy nor difficult to judge people's emotions" great, this just gets better and better!
test 6 was about measuring my fingers which apparently is an indicator of how much testosterone there was in my mother's womb. i'm a bit cynical about this as an indicator but hey. the ration between my ring and index fingers is 0.92, which apparently seems very low

Face test next i had to pick which i found more attractive between pairs of digitally altered images of the same faces. Apparently i always went for the more 'masculine' of the pair but i'm not very clear what this has to do with anything, perhaps it indicates i have a more female brain
3D shapes for ability to mentally rotate and match 3D shapes. I got 10/12!!! YAY ME!!!!
Average score for men: 8.2 out of 12
Average score for women: 7.1 out of 12

I associated 10 words with grey and 9 words that mean happy. We are assuming that all the words you entered are correct Avmale score 11.4 words tota and ave for women 12.4 total but anything over 5 means a female type brain, but this difference between men and women is again supposed to be down to pre-natal testosterone levels, which kind of conflicts with the finger ratio results huh??
Next test was an ultimatum test where i had to imagine i had a partner and i was given £50 and i got to pick how much i was going to divide the money by and how much of a share i wanted, and if the other person accepted their share, we both went away with the money, and if they didnt we both went away with nothing, so i demanded £45!!! i figured that for the other person £5 was better than nothing huh?
So far on the Sex ID test, men have demanded 51.6% (£25.80) of the pot and women have demanded 51.0% (£25.50), on average. It looks like i am very greedy. but results show that demanding more than 65% of the pot gives me a male brain from driving a hard bargain and being less compromising.

Overall i came out male/female neutral brain right at zero
of other people who have taken the test, on average, women get a score of 50% female brain and men get a 50% male score but i was right in the middle, not male or female at all, which is interesting cos that is what sanskrit says he got too
